Strange Bedfellows
A Hindu priest, a rabbi and a lawyer were driving down a country road when their car breaks down.
Fortunately, there is a farm house nearby. The farmer informs them that he has only one spare room and that it has only two twin beds. They are welcome to it, but one of them will have to sleep in the barn.
After some discussion, the Hindu priest volunteers to go to the barn.
A few moments later, there's a knock on the bedroom door and the Hindu explains that there is a cow in the barn, and cows are sacred and he could not possibly sleep in the barn with a cow.
Annoyed, the rabbi volunteers. A few moments later, there's another knock on the door. The rabbi explains there is a pig in the barn and that he, being Orthodox, could not possibly spend the evening in the barn with the origin of pork.
Finally the lawyer says that he will go to the barn. A few moments later there was an even louder knock on the door. It was the cow and the pig!
